Features

Everything you need to collect reviews

From the invitation to a rating visible in Google — without gluing several tools together.

Post-purchase invitations

A queue with a delay counted from the order date, single-use links, one-click rating from the email, and full status visibility: sent, opened, completed, bounced.

Store and product reviews

Two separate scores. The store rating is computed only from company reviews, so product reviews never dilute it. Store reviews add category scores: delivery, service, price, quality.

Moderation and mediation of low reviews

You can require approval and review low ratings before publication. Optional mediation lets you temporarily exclude a very low review from the average while the dispute is worked out — but the review stays fully visible and the profile openly shows how many reviews are outside the score. Review text cannot be changed, and rejecting one requires a reason recorded in the audit log.

Public replies

Reply underneath a review on the profile and in widgets. The customer is notified about your first reply. Review text cannot be edited — not by you, not by us.

On-site widgets

Badge, pinned corner badge, carousel, grid, bare stars and product reviews. One script, shadow DOM, so your theme cannot break the widget and the widget cannot break your theme.

Ratings in Google results

The product widget injects structured data with the product rating — the kind Google accepts, because it comes from an independent platform. We are also upfront about what a company rating on your own site cannot achieve.

Public profile

A page with your score, star distribution, filters and every published review — indexable, with structured data, ready to link from emails and your store.

Team and permissions

Owner, admin and moderator. Link-based invitations work even without email configured, and accounts can be deactivated without losing history.
