ReviewBasis exists because collecting reviews in Polish e-commerce usually ends up as either asking customers by hand or paying for an expensive tool full of features nobody uses. We wanted something simpler: an invitation after the purchase, an honest label on verified reviews, a widget to paste, done. Moderation here is transparent on principle — a store can answer criticism, but it cannot quietly bury it. Without that, ratings are worth nothing to shoppers or to sellers.
